Cable and Harness Assembly
Protronix EMS offer a complete wiring service, from single cable cut to length, to complex loom.
All cable is cut and stripped using the latest automated equipment, therefore we offer the most accurate sizing possible.
Crimping is done using one of our automated crimp presses, offering consistent crimps every time.
Individual crimps can be tested for reliability using a ‘pull force tester’, ensuring correct crimping for the crimp and cable used.
The cable assembly can then be tested using our analyser to ensure correct termination of every wire and to ensure the assembly meets the required standard.
Cables manufactered in accordance with the standards set out in IPC-A-610, and to our own stringent quality standards.
