PCB ASSEMBLY
We offer the capability to build conventional (PTH), surface mount (SMT) and mixed technology (Hybrid) pcb’s.
We have the ability to place very small SMT components down to 0201 through to large and odd shaped components including BGA's.
We have invested in machines to automate many of the process’ involved in conventional (PTH) assembly, an area we feel has been neglected by many other CEM's.
Our PTH assembly line also benefits from the use of wave solder, including a wave solder machine for leaded assemblies.
All our staff are experienced and work in accordance with the quality standards set by us and by the ISO9000 standard.
Our operatives all work at anti-static(ESD) protected workstations.
