CABLE AND HARNESS
Protronix can offer a complete wiring service, from single cable cut to length, to complex looms.
We have the capability to produce in excess of a million cables per month.
All cable is cut and stripped using the latest automated equipment, therefore offering the most accurate sizing possible.
Crimping is done using one of our automated crimp presses, offering consistent crimps every time.
Individual crimps can be tested for reliability using a ‘pull force tester’, ensuring correct crimping pressure for the crimp and cable used.
The cable assembly can then be tested using our ‘flying probe’ analyser to ensure correct termination of every wire and to ensure the assembly is not open circuit.
